We had a comfortable, clean one-night stay, and everything went smoothly from self check-in through checkout, despite our worries from earlier reviews. Getting to transport stations and other places was easy. We could hear someone dragging furniture next door and another guest snoring through the night, so the walls could use more soundproofing. Still, we were satisfied and rested well 🥰🤍

It's clean and straightforward, with no luxury, and usually nobody at reception since check-in is mostly self-service. Outside Frankfurt exhibition periods, the price is pocket-friendly. I got a decent night's sleep and shower, and it's easy to reach other parts of the city.

The place was fine and the main bed was okay, but the couch meant to be the second bed was broken. Everything is automated, with no receptionist.

The rooms were dirty, with stained sheets and food crumbs. Parking was impossible, the garage was too tight and slippery. I watched a guy struggle for over an hour to get out. Wouldn't recommend it!

I didn't stay after seeing the room, and they still wouldn't return my money, making 101 excuses. When I contacted them, they didn't answer, and Booking's response was that the room had been checked and found clean before check-in. It had urine stains and pubic hair on the mattress, a damaged bed, and was tiny. In summer it was like a sauna, with no air conditioning. There's no reception, just a check-in machine, and using it was very complicated. If you need to change anything about check-in, it can't find your reservation. The parking garage is so narrow that only really small cars fit. Avoid this hotel. You can find something much better for a similar price.
