The location is perfect, with REWE at Skyline Plaza open until 22h and more than ten international fast food places inside. The rooms are beautiful and super clean, and the staff are competent and friendly. Don't hesitate to book.

I left within 10 minutes and asked for a refund, but it wasn't accepted. I couldn't imagine staying even one night, and chose to be safe rather than sorry. From arrival I felt unsafe. The room was revolting: there was a toenail in the bed, hair and eyelashes on the sheets, and even a bed bug. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Stay far away.

The room was good, and the price made sense for the location and nearby attractions.

We booked through Agoda but couldn't check in because the three-digit number never arrived by email or in Agoda's message box. It seems like a scam. At 10 pm there was no reception staff and no reply.

They canceled a booking I'd made a year in advance, even though they had rooms available for those dates. It seems they just wanted to sell them at a higher price. I've never had this kind of problem with another hotel. Don't book with them.
