There’s a warm, welcoming feel throughout the hotel, and every team member treated me with friendliness and professionalism. The service felt heartfelt as well as efficient, and I felt valued as a guest. Stefan, the General Manager, and Gergely, the Hotel Manager, deserve special appreciation for their leadership and visible presence. Their care and attention to detail show across the hotel and seem to set the tone for the whole team. The hospitality, teamwork, and focus on guest satisfaction made for a memorable stay. Congratulations to everyone. Highly recommended.

Our spacious suite had a plush king-sized bed and high-thread-count linens, and the staff took care of every detail with real efficiency. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the people sharing tips on local places to eat. We stayed five nights and really enjoyed it. The building combines elegant modern design with historic touches, including the restored stone facade. It’s about a pleasant 10-minute walk to the old town, with its shops and cobbled streets, and also a quick walk to the central station for day trips. We saw the spa and sauna, with its infinity pool, herbal steam rooms, and treatments, but our schedule was too packed to try them. Maybe on a longer visit next time. We left eager to come back.

We spent New Year’s Eve here and loved it. The restaurant and DJ area were fully booked, so there wasn’t a free spot for DJ night and we had to go elsewhere. Everything else was great, especially the service. One of the best hotels. Highly recommend it, and we’d love to visit again.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, including eggs Benedict made to order, and Oscar’s Brasserie was excellent too, though reservations are recommended. There’s also a warm, welcoming bar and lounge. We enjoyed the co-ed spa, with two saunas at warm and hot temperatures and a large steam room. This is a beautiful historic hotel in the center of the business district, and just minutes from all the Christmas Markets for us. The rooms are spacious, but ours was warm and we couldn’t cool it because the temperature control was set to heat for winter. Luckily, we were on the 5th floor and had a door to a small balcony that we could open.
