The staff are so welcoming, and this was our favorite place to stay on the trip. The hotel has been remodeled and now has a lift, though the spiral staircase means it stops at the landings between levels 1 and 2, and 3 and 4. You’ll still need to use some stairs to get into the building and reach your room, so keep that in mind if stairs are difficult. Walking down from our third level was lovely. After walking up once, I said never again, the lift is your friend! Our room, number 31 on the third floor, had a small deck, as do the rooms directly below it. That’s specific to those rooms, not all of them. The vaulted ceiling made our small room feel bigger, and it was clean and comfortable. I especially like how close it is to Frankfurt’s train station, just a short walk away.

For about 60€, I had a single room with breakfast included, plus they gave me a 1L bottle of drinking water. The room was better than I expected and clean enough. The location is ideal if you’re commuting by train.

Getting to the room was difficult with luggage. The lift is awkwardly placed between 0F and 1F, so guests have to carry and lift their heavy bags.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was clean and warm. It’s also close to the Hbf.

Kudos to the staff, especially the Mr. and Mrs. at reception on Saturday morning, 3/29/2025! The hotel was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a fresh, familiar breakfast. It’s right by the main train station and close to the city center.
