The team were just the best, from the bar staff to housekeeping. I left my wallet there, and Patrick helped me through all the steps to find it. They were so kind and sent it back to me in Italy. The hotel is central, great value for money, and has an amazing breakfast. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I’ve stayed at this Ruby a few times, and I love both the location and the hotel. The shower and toilet stalls are right in the room, with only a mildly sheer curtain between them and the rest of the space, so you could easily make eye contact with someone while on the loo. That setup won’t suit everyone. As a solo business traveler, though, I like the vibe and the “lean luxury” they’ve created. The scent throughout their properties is amazing too.

The bar ended up being our favorite part of the stay. Evangelos and Patrick made us feel welcome every evening, with great drink suggestions and such a friendly, professional manner. They clearly enjoy their work, and that kind of hospitality really stood out. Great atmosphere and company too. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The location is excellent and the service was OK, but your room makes a big difference. Rooms on the ground floor, around 20-34, are best avoided. The club next door plays music all night, so getting any sleep there seems unlikely.

We stayed during a layover and check-in was easy, with nice rooms. Theo was the highlight, making us great drinks and keeping us entertained with good conversation. The hospitality was lovely. I’d recommend stopping by, even if it’s just for the bar.
