Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper

The staff were nice, and the hotel is well located in the city center. The carpet in my room was dirty, though, and the bathroom water flow was low.

I spent two long stays here in April 2026, and both were very pleasant. The location near the opera is great, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Most of all, the staff were lovely and professional. I especially want to mention Mario, Lisa, and the blonde girl from Romania whose name I can’t remember. I can’t recall everyone’s names, but the whole team was excellent. Thanks for making me feel at home!

We were surprised to learn that housekeeping is only offered every three days, though you can request it more often. We didn’t need service more often than that, but hadn’t known about the schedule. If you run low on supplies, the front desk can bring more to your room. This was our first stay at an Adina hotel. We spent four nights in a one-bedroom unit that was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great for walking to the central train station, old city and main shopping district.

The room was spacious and well equipped, though the bed was two single beds pushed together, as is often the case in Germany, so you only get to sleep on one. Some staff are nicer than others, and calls and emails don’t always get answered. The location is great for the old town and the city's sights, and the subway makes it easy to get around the wider Frankfurt area.
