For a three-night business trip, it worked well, and I could choose it again for another work visit. The location is excellent, the staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the heating was fine. The price-to-performance felt good. The rooms are small, cleaning could be a little better, and security felt weak. There’s no AC for cooling, though the window was enough for fresh air. It seems fine if you’re only there to sleep, but probably not suitable for a family or more than two people. For a family, I’d look at other options for about 30% more.

I’ll stay here again next time I visit. It does the job, though I wouldn’t choose it for a long stay or for a family. Shopping is theoretically within walking distance, and the hotel is right by the U-Bahn and tram. The room and bathroom were small but very clean. I’m not sure why the ratings are only 3.2, but you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Getting there was easy by either S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The hotel was affordable, clean, and very nice, with comfortable rooms and simple furnishings. I had a pleasant experience.

The hotel itself was good, but something very unsettling happened during the night. At around 4:00 a.m., someone who seemed to be a drug addict went along the hallway banging on random doors. He cried, screamed, and laughed in a creepy way for over an hour. In the morning, another guest told us the same person had knocked on his door too. He said he’d never return. What happened was far from normal.
