The room was cosy, tidy, and clean, and the location was brilliant. Restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and a cinema were all within walking distance. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you happen to meet André, he really is the original “service with a smile” front desk staff member. I’d definitely book here again.

My partner and I stayed just one night before heading to Berlin the next day, but the hotel was good enough that we could easily have stayed longer. The room was very spacious, the staff were friendly, and they let us leave our bags when we arrived early in the morning.

The room was so clean and cosy, one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed. We arrived a little before check-in, and the friendly receptionist let us in right away. Parking was easy to get, though it depends on availability. I’d booked mainly for the free parking, but the location worked out well too: even though it looked far from the centre on the map, we could walk everywhere and barely used the car. I’d stay again if I’m in FRA. We were there for one night on 05 Jan.

Free parking is a great option here, and the central area is an easy walk away. I’d made a mistake with my booking, but the staff kindly helped me find an available room.

The check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s close to the metro. I’d definitely recommend it.
