Concorde Hotel

I only stayed one night and was pleasantly surprised. The room had good equipment, including a minibar. I’d recommend it if you want to be near the main station.

I had a great personal holiday stay here. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel is close to local shops and the station, which makes getting around easy. They offer a good breakfast menu. I especially liked the cakes, orange juice, and ham mix. Prices are good too. Check it out if you like nightlife and being near the action.

We regret how little empathy and flexibility the hotel showed. We accidentally booked two nights here because our actual hotel had the same name and was about 25 minutes away. It was our first time in the area, so we didn’t catch the mistake. We accepted that the first night was lost, but contacted the hotel to ask for a reasonable refund on the second. My manager called, and the hotel said they’d allow cancellation if the booking platform permitted it. TravelPerk later confirmed this and contacted the hotel directly. Despite being told in advance and initially seeming willing to help, the hotel changed its mind and refused to refund even the second night. They put the money ahead of customer care over just €100. We won’t recommend this hotel to our company or its affiliates.

The hotel is right in front of the main station, which is great, but the rooms are too small for large luggage. Wi-Fi was unstable and often didn’t work at all, and breakfast had the same menu every day. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay. If you have no other choice and only need one night, it could do.
