Marcel at reception was very helpful. He even gave me an extra 30 minutes for free, so I could keep the room until my flight boarded at a nearby gate. The shower only got lukewarm, though maybe I wasn’t using the faucet correctly because it was a little tricky. I had a six-hour layover at Frankfurt Airport in April 2026 and booked a room for three hours to nap and shower. It was perfect for that. The room was compact but well designed, spotless, and didn’t feel claustrophobic. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a hair dryer. I’d known about this hotel for years but had hesitated to try it. I’ll definitely use it again on future trips with longer layovers. Highly recommend!

If you arrive late at Frankfurt airport and have an early connection, this is a very convenient choice for transfer passengers. It was clean, and the front desk staff were super friendly, informative and professional. Keep up the good job. Highly recommended!

A senior guest lost her phone connection early in the morning, just an hour before her flight, and couldn’t find her way around the airport. I contacted the team at the MyCloud hotel, and within minutes staff went in person to check she was awake and help restore her WiFi connection. Their care, quick response and professionalism made all the difference in a stressful, critical moment. A huge thank you to the team for their kindness. Highly recommended!

For an airport hotel, I wasn’t expecting anything especially large or lavish, but this place exceeded my expectations. The staff were particularly helpful and kind, especially the woman who checked us in. I wish I’d caught her name. The sound insulation was shockingly good too. We didn’t hear a thing.

This hotel was a saving grace between my two 10-hour long-haul flights. I was unwell and needed rest, and I got excellent peace and sleep that wouldn’t have been possible in the airport. It makes sense that the hotel is tucked away, but it felt like a very long walk to find it, though I may just have been exhausted. I’d highly recommend it.
