The club lounge was the one part of my last visit that still felt welcoming. The manager greeted everyone there and was really friendly, and I appreciated that hospitality. It may be the reason I'd consider choosing this hotel again, hoping the other things improve. I've stayed here three times, and it used to be one of my favorite Frankfurt hotels. This most recent stay left me feeling that Platinum Elite Members aren't recognized or appreciated. There were no upgrades or welcome gestures, just a very standard, rather cold process. The rooms are worn and the beds aren't very comfortable, though cleanliness is good. It's what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.

The lounge made for a comfortable stay, with chips, gummies, and coffee during the day, then dinner in the evening. We were there over Christmas, and the neighborhood was very peaceful, though I'm not sure what it's like on a regular week. The hotel isn't especially close to the city center, but public transport goes straight downtown. A good option in Frankfurt.

I was there for four nights on a business trip and had a great stay. The room had beautiful views, the location was good, and the hospitality was top notch. Everyone was kind and helped me a few times when I needed assistance.

My room at the end of the building was so cold that I couldn't sleep comfortably. The controller wouldn't warm it up because temperatures were controlled centrally. I asked Mr.Prassi and Mr.Smily to see if they could adjust it, but they refused and only suggested moving rooms. That made no sense to me. Mr.smily, though I'm not sure I have his exact name right, put the key in front of the room, ignored my request, and left. It felt like the customer was being disregarded. When I asked Mr.Prassi how a hotel like this could be rated 5 stars after such poor service, he said, 'this is just business hotel, not 5 stars.'

Adriano made the lounge service stand out during my stay. He was attentive and professional, checked that every detail was right, and his warm manner with guests made a real difference. I had a wonderful experience.
