Handy for a last-minute stay in Frankfurt. The location is fine, close to the European Central Bank, with an Audi showroom right beside it.

The room was on the small side, but it was very clean. Breakfast had a tasty selection of cold dishes, and there was a nice range of drinks at the bar. The tram line is right outside, making this a perfect base for a quick, relaxing trip. Staff were friendly and helpful.

At about 8:20 on the morning of Wednesday, September 11, housekeeping knocked and called out "House keeping." The staff spoke loudly and kept knocking, and the disturbance went on for nearly an hour. I could hear it clearly regardless of whether a "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. I had never known housekeeping to interrupt guests' rest before 10. They should be able to check with the front desk which rooms have checked out instead of knocking and calling out questions. It made for a very bad morning.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The interior is large and modern, and breakfast was tasty. It's close to the metro and tram, with the city center about 15 minutes away. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a quieter part of Frankfurt, with a tram stop right outside. The breakfast buffet was good, and everything was clean and modern. Just keep in mind that many shops and restaurants close on Sundays.
