Moxy Frankfurt City Center

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and check-in was very quick. I liked arriving to find the TV already on with relaxing music and a personalized welcome message. The room was nice and clean, and outside noise was almost completely blocked, even though the hotel is on a busy street. Inside, though, there was a steady fan sound above the door whether the AC was running or not. The AC control unit also buzzed, and switching it off only changed the pitch.

The location is handy for shopping and getting around, and the lively common area and 24-hour bar are definite pluses. The room is small, with a modern minimalist look, but it feels set up mostly for sleeping. There’s no fridge, kettle, safe or complimentary drinking water, and storage is minimal, with just two hangers. The little foldable table is only really usable by one person. It’s a good option if location matters most and basic room facilities are enough.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the modern rooms were comfortable and efficient, even if they aren’t large. The lobby bar was a pleasant place to unwind in the evening, and the whole hotel has a youthful feel with playful design touches. You’re right in the heart of Frankfurt, a few minutes’ walk from Zeil shopping street and lots of local cafés. Most of the city highlights are walkable too. I’d happily stay here again for a city break or a short business trip.

Central location and a great hotel concept, but the service was the best part. We had a room issue and they offered us another room right away. Pedro and Anton were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. A big thank you to both!
