The Atrium Hotel

I stayed for one night at the end of December, and it was the worst experience. There were bedbugs. I complained, but nothing was done. The man told me there were no other rooms and said I’d get my money back for the inconvenience. I still haven’t received it. The area didn’t feel safe at all. There are several stations nearby, but people were using hard drugs there day and night. When I went out for food at night, multiple creepy men followed me. I would never recommend this place.

Avoid this place at any cost. We left for dinner at 7 pm with around 1,550 euros in the safe. When we came back at about 11 pm and tried to open it, it showed an error code. The reception man reset it, and then we found that our cash was gone. To me, that means the people working there are professional burglars, and the hotel took no responsibility. Pathetic and shameful.

The room was clean, spacious, and lovely, with a welcome package, and the prices were amazing. I was satisfied with everything. I barely had time to interact with the staff, but they were kind and helpful whenever I did. I’d definitely choose this place again if I return to Frankfurt. My ticket was delayed near the end of my time in Frankfurt, so I needed to book a room quickly. Agoda made it easy to search with filters and find good deals, and this hotel came up as a recommendation. It was about a seven-minute walk from the train station. I walked there late at night, though people told me it wasn’t recommended to walk around that area after midnight. I loved the location, with easy access to everything nearby. The only downside was hearing noise from the neighboring room. A locked door connected the rooms, and I wish there had been a wall there instead.

Food is everywhere around the hotel, and it’s very close to the train, taxi, and bus stations. I’ll definitely be back.
