The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and both the location and hotel service were good. Breakfast was nice, though there weren't many options. I took off a star because the rooms have a heater but no AC or fridge, which I failed to check before booking. Even with cold weather outside, our room was so warm it was uncomfortable to rest. The staff offered a portable fan, which helped a bit.

Inside, the hotel is great: the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. Outside the front, though, there were homeless people and groups of men drinking. There's a betting shop next door where groups gather, so front-facing rooms get a lot of noise at night. I personally felt okay walking around, but others might not like the area as much.

Premier Inn worked perfectly for our Gaelic football trip to Frankfurt with a group of 50. They accommodated everyone without any issues, and the service was great. Being beside the main train station made getting around easy. It's an ideal setup for big groups or team trips.

The room was unbearably hot, like a sauna. The air conditioner didn't work at all, just the fan, and the windows wouldn't open. It smelled bad too, with stained walls and a dirty, stinky carpet. The area was full of junkies and homeless people. Breakfast was acceptable, but there were few gluten-free options. The people were very polite, but the service itself wasn't acceptable for a hotel: there's no room phone to contact reception, cleaning has to be requested, there's no room service and no fridge, only a tea kettle.
