My wife and I tried the newly opened restaurant for the first time. We had creamy fish soup and salmon cooked on a plank. The dishes were prepared well and tasted okay, while the drinks were okay too. Service was very good. I liked that the menu had international dishes instead of Chinese food, sushi, gyros, or döner. Finally, something different in Frechen. We'll be back!

I can't speak to the rooms, but I came across the restaurant by chance and was really impressed by how friendly and attentive the service was. They brought out tasty olives and bread so I had something to eat while waiting. The food was very good, and they took care of my special request right away. Everything came incredibly quickly, with no real wait.

The food was the best part of our visit to Hotel & Restaurant Frechen today. We tried sautéed mushrooms, marinated olives, grilled entrecôte, plank steak, and crème brûlée. The meat was so tender, and the side dishes, including mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, vegetables, and sauces, were excellent. Everything was presented beautifully, and the dishes arrived promptly. The former Mongolian restaurant has been renovated in a lovely, comfortable way, and we felt welcome from the start. The service was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely return, and wish the owners lots of happy customers. Highly recommended!
