We’d booked a room for four through Destinia for our return from France on August 1st. I called the day before to confirm, then arrived at the agreed address on the agreed date. There was no reception, and none of the doorbells outside matched Black Forest. Inside the building, I found a Black Forest doorbell, but nobody answered. Check-in was meant to be at 2 PM.
