10/10
I was able to leave my belongings at the hotel until departure time, which was helpful. The staff gave me a warm welcome and were friendly, and breakfast was excellent. It’s also ideally located for tourists. A truly five star stay.

8/10
The room was spacious, with a practical bathroom and a comfortable bed, and the staff were attentive and professional. The hotel is in an excellent spot in this beautiful, compact city. Breakfast was nice overall, though the bacon, scrambled eggs, and falafel were cold. I also noticed a musty smell in the bathroom, and delivery trucks made some noise through the window early in the morning.

The welcoming decor and amazing breakfast made us love this place. Reception were wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks for everything, and I hope we get to come back one day.

8/10
The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a wide range of local products. The hotel is well placed, about a 10 minute walk from the station and 3 minutes on foot from the city centre. Rooms are comfortable, though not especially modern, and the area can be a little noisy.

Breakfast was delicious and excellent. The room was clean, though there was an odd smell, and the hallway smelled of smoke. Street noise came right through the window very early, around 6:30 AM.
