The host's rude behavior made our relaxing vacation really inconvenient. Nobody came for check-in, and our calls and messages to the host went unanswered. We only found another solution after getting help from Booking.com support. I can't recommend this apartment.
Absolutely outrageous. After driving for 12 hours, we were left having to continue through the night. We were meant to be met at check-in, but nobody showed up, and we couldn't reach the provider by phone.
Tom was a great host and gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment has a tram stop right beside it, so Freiburg center is just a few minutes away. It comes with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, small two-burner stove, kitchenware, and towels. Very well equipped.
We had a great couple of days here. The place was clean, parking was available, and bed linen and towels were provided. There's a fully equipped kitchen too. You can rent a washing machine for an additional fee.
It was a fantastic apartment, clean and comfortable, with a tram stop right next door. Tom was lovely and gave us a list of recommendations around the city.
