Dinner was the highlight for me. My smoked fish salad special was fresh and flavorful, and cost just €19. The restaurant’s hearty food is a real find. The rooms are clean and simple, nothing fancy, but fine for a night or two, and the place is good value if you want to walk to the historic centre in about 15 minutes. Getting there from the train with bags is a bit of a trek, so we took a €10 taxi. Check-in is only after 4pm, and there isn't proper luggage storage. They suggested we leave our bags in their closed beer garden, so that's what we did.

I stayed one night before an early flight from MUC. The room was good value, and the restaurant served excellent food. They have a nice range of local beers too. The Bavarian and Austrian food combination is unusual, but it works really well.

For the low price, this was better than a soulless airport hotel. The warm room and good shower were welcome, and the location meant I could wander into town instead of being stuck in the middle of nowhere by the airport. The room was very basic, though, long and narrow, with a single bed, no headboard and just one pillow. The price reflects that.

The room was clean and suited my needs for an overnight stay. Service was good and very polite. It’s fairly central, and a short Uber ride from Munich Airport. I didn't eat there, though the food looked and smelled really appetising.

The hosts were nice, and the room was small but clean. The bathroom fan made an incredibly annoying buzzing sound. I paid for bed and breakfast, but was told nobody was available to make breakfast and that I should go to the bakery across the street. It left me feeling as though I'd only received half of what I paid for.
