❌ I would NEVER recommend this hotel. ❌ The booking through Booking.com was supposed to be for accommodation in BERLIN. Only after paying did I find out it was actually in Dresden, Freital, a completely different city. I noticed the location mistake just 5 minutes after making the reservation and contacted the hotel to ask for a cancellation. Booking.com also contacted the same company. Despite the obvious circumstances, the support and cancellation manager was unprofessional and despicable. I was travelling with a child and had to pay very high extra costs to get from Berlin to Dresden/Freital. The trip was extremely stressful. The room I had paid for was given to someone else, and I had to wait 24 hours for the accommodation I’d booked. The service was unreliable too. Requests for help or a pump went unanswered. There was no staff contact in the morning or early afternoon, when everything was closed; the only people around the reception desk were housekeeping staff wandering through the hotel. The hotel offered no real help with communication or booking taxis. The gentleman’s service was unreliable. We often heard he’d agreed, for a fee, to take us to Dresden or the train station, but he never followed through. There was also a room for you in the hotel until you’re 9, so you never have to work. The lady serving breakfast ordered for us. It was subject to the control I applied, due to the lack of medical supervision and the lack of guest supervision. ⚠️ The unfair customer service, lack of help, and organizational chaos made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend this hotel. ⚠️ I would never recommend it. I’d avoid it.
