We spent a summer stay here and had a great time overall. Arriving was easy, the rooms were clean, and the garden at the back was well kept. It’s a good place to relax, and the city center is close by. One small downside was a bit of a musty smell in the stairwell, though it is an older building. The evening by the fire pit with the long-term tenant, having a beer, was a lovely finish to the stay. We’d gladly return. Best wishes from Michi to Manuel 🙂

It looks better than it is. The feather beds were there, but the blinds and bathroom floor tiles were broken. The hallway smelled very musty, with Febreze sprayed liberally. The garden felt uninviting, and there was no furniture on the balcony. Quiet hours should be respected, too. The very nice neighbors on the other floor can be more or less annoying...

We could walk into the center from this comfortable house, and the supermarket was only a few hundred meters away. There was plenty of room for three, and it had everything we needed.

Families should consider the ground-floor apartment, which is highly recommended. The location is excellent, though the attic apartment's furnishings could use improvement. The landlady also seemed to do very little. Laundry sat in the basement washing machine for days.

We had almost everything we needed for a pleasant holiday here. The one thing missing was enough tableware, for instance, we couldn't find wine glasses.
