We stayed for one night. It felt like a fairly new walk-up apartment, with only a few parking spots and no lift, so you’ll have to carry luggage upstairs if your room is on the second floor. The rooms use keys and ours was very big, with a master bed and a single bed. It was clean enough, though we did spot one stray baby cockroach in the toilet. There were several mirrors, and the room was brightly lit, which we liked. A kettle, hairdryer and hair and shower gel were provided, but no tissues. Breakfast was brought to our room at 8am in a bag, a bit like Uber Eat. The choice was limited to different kinds of ham and cheese, with some fruit, bread and cheese, jam and Nutella spreads. It was cold, and we made drinks with the instant coffee provided. My friends were in another room on level 2, with a queen bed and a single bed. The toilet and shower door there was semi-transparent, so you could see someone using the toilet or showering. We mentioned it to the hotel staff, who said the room had recently been renovated and some tweaks, including a new toilet door, were coming soon. It gave our group a laugh, and overall we were happy with the hotel.

Room number 5 was almost like a flat, and quite spacious. It had a clothing room, a huge bathroom, plus a separate table and two chairs for working or studying. The bedding and towels were super clean, and the AC worked nicely. If you get sick quickly from direct AC, the unit in room 5 is positioned cleverly, so it cools the room without blowing straight onto you. We had a perfect stay. Thank you very much, dear Casa Constanza. You’ll always be our first choice in Friedrichshafen!

I was in town for a friend's wedding and really appreciated how hospitable the hotel was. I couldn’t check in early, but they let me use the staff bathroom to change into my dress. Once my room was ready, they also brought my luggage up. The room was pretty big, clean and had good AC.

We had a nice stay, and the fares were by far the lowest in the vicinity. The room was fairly clean, though not perfectly clean when we arrived. We shared the bathrooms with two other parties, which was fine since they were clean people too. Free parking away from the road was a special plus.

The room was really spacious for two, with a big, very clean bathroom. We also had very good service: although we were running late, he called to say he was heading home and told us to call when we arrived so he could come back. The room was a bit warm, so the air conditioning was much needed. Breakfast felt a little too small for 8,5 euros.
