When we arrived for our summer stay, the ground-floor apartment we had booked was already occupied, so we had to cut our holiday short. Getting a full refund in the weeks that followed was also a considerable struggle. The apartment’s quality was poor compared with the online photos, and after the dispute, we wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

The garden was beautiful, and you can clearly see the lake from both upper apartments. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Haus See- und Säntisblick. The apartment was well equipped and close to the lake. We’d love to return. Thanks so much, and best regards from Switzerland.

The bathroom and kitchen were fine, with no complaints from me there. The bedrooms didn’t look like the photos, and the bedding and covers left a lot to be desired. Although the garden is nicely laid out, it was very neglected, as was the terrace. The price didn’t feel justified.

The Fischer family were kind and helpful, thank you so much. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen came fully equipped. There were also cleaning supplies, soap, plenty of dishwasher tablets, and more. In other apartments, I usually have to bring those essentials myself.
