There’s a large car park just behind the hotel, and the breakfast has a good choice. The sauna area was good too, with three saunas, two indoors and one outside in the garden. They open at different times between 1200 and 2100. The hotel itself is nice and modern, and the staff are friendly.

The restaurant serves creative food alongside Swabian classics, using local, fair, and homemade products whenever possible while keeping the prices very fair. It’s open every evening, with friendly, efficient service. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very clean, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 min away from the "highway". I’d definitely stay and eat here again.

You can use the indoor pool and sauna facilities for free, and the room has a balcony. They also provide sauna supplies, a robe and hamamtowel, so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about those. The hotel is beautiful and modern, the staff are friendly, and there’s good parking on the grounds.

The hotel is really nice and well maintained, and having a restaurant on site is a plus.

The restaurant deserves a special mention. There’s seating both inside and outside, and the cuisine is simply incomparable. Special thanks to the chef. The hotel also offers a free sauna, pool, and gym, though massages cost extra. My husband and I had such a nice time here. It’s comfortable and cozy, in a quiet spot with little traffic and few tourists, about 2.5 to Friedrichshafen. The room was always clean and comfortable, parking is free, and the staff are friendly and pleasant to talk to. I’d love to stay at hotel Knoblauch again.
