The food was a hit with everyone in our hiking group, and the portions were just right for hungry hikers. It was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and presented beautifully. The service was friendly and very capable too. I was there while hiking with the SGV (Sauerland Mountain Association). We didn't stay in the rooms, but I'd be happy to come back.

The cozy dining room and idyllic setting made a lovely backdrop for a meal that was full of flavor. You can taste the care in the cooking and the outstanding quality of the ingredients, and every plate looked creative and beautiful. The staff were so warm and welcoming. The owner's friendly attitude toward both guests and staff seems to rub off on the whole team. No wonder people become regulars here!

We've enjoyed lots of dishes, and the seasonal specials are always a treat. Everything is cooked with care and the quality stays consistently high.
