Max Aparthotel by Homekeepers

The apartment was clean and had a small kitchen, which is why I'm giving it one extra star. My standards for living aren't high, but the rest was rough. We asked for two single beds and got one double that couldn't be separated, so one of us slept on the couch. After a long workday, that wasn't ideal, and it was still more comfortable than the bed. There was just one small light, which really wasn't enough. Nobody gave us the WiFi details; I asked another guest, and the internet wasn't working anyway. There were only TWO free parking spaces for the whole hotel, and neither was in front of it. The space by the entrance apparently isn't for guests. The underground parking costs 15€/night. There's a gym, but no equipment, so it's a waste of space. The location was awful too. Emergency vehicles blared their sirens every 30 minutes, day and night, with loud cars and motorbikes filling the gaps.

My stay was pretty much perfect, with a nice room, a good bed and a great desk. The small kitchen had everything needed. The floor, though, was covered in dust and wasn't clean. Housekeeping needs to do better.

A great hotel.

I've stayed at Max Aparthotel regularly since 2025, mostly on weekends while commuting for work, and I book whenever a room is available. It's always been clean, and check-in has always gone smoothly. I've never had noise issues, long waits, or an uncomfortable room. The staff are friendly, capable, and helpful. They even got me an early check-in when I asked, so I didn't have to stand in the rain until the usual 4 pm check-in. One time I was baffled by the laundry machines, and a kind housekeeper spotted me and showed me what to do. I've had a good experience here and will book again for future stays and holidays.
