We stayed in the new building, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a large waterfall shower head, and the upper floor viewing deck had a beautiful view. The staff were kind and helpful, and we loved the room, the location and the history of the hotel. Breakfast offered different breads, meats and cheeses. It wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, but we enjoyed the food we chose. Such a lovely stay!

We found the hotel itself really clean, and our room was just right for us. The decor, both inside and outside, is absolutely wonderful. Its convenient spot puts the bars, restaurants and train station within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to Fussen.

The rooftop terrace is great, though it’s a pity you can’t get drinks served up there. The hotel is interesting, well located for exploring town, and the room was clean and good. I slept well in an excellent bed with comfy pillows. The shower was a little sensitive to hot and cold, but I had a good stay overall.

The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and the whole place was clean and well maintained. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our dogs were welcome too, and even got treats, which was a lovely surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
