10/10
The decor is lovely, the bedding is good, and the location is nice. The place is very clean. I appreciated the rule asking guests to keep quiet after 22:00. The rooms are fairly quiet, though the floors, especially in the hall, creak a lot. When we stayed, the hot water wasn’t working, but the manager called someone in to repair it after 23:00. That’s dedication!

4/10
The place was clean and had parking, which were definite pluses. But it wasn’t very comfortable, and it’s a long way from the city center. The booking website description was misleading or incomplete. There are some amenities, but better and cheaper options are available.

It’s a great apartment. The one red flag was having to share it with a random person.

A nice new apartment with parking. A few things could be improved: the Wi-Fi login is complicated, and there are only a few TV channels.

An 8 out of 10, a good one.
