The soundproofing was awful, and there was no air conditioning. On top of that, a German party went on downstairs at the bar until midnight. I stayed a few nights.

Hotel Wilken had spacious, clean rooms with lovely decor, and breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of fresh produce and tasty dishes. The location made it easy to get to the main attractions and restaurants and explore the area. From check-in, the staff made me feel welcome and were always willing to help. The hardworking manager deserves a special mention for keeping things running smoothly and being there for questions or concerns. The hotel also had excellent amenities. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, luxurious stay.
