A smart hotel concept: self check-in, a full kitchen in the room with a microwave and dishwasher, excellent breakfast with the best coffee, and unlimited high-speed internet.

It’s a self-service hotel. We had no issues, but I’m not sure how we’d have gotten help if something had gone wrong. Handy for the highway, though the U-Bahn is about 1-2 km away.

What stands out is how impeccably clean it is. A good experience all in all 👍

There are plenty of restaurants and a bakery nearby, along with a REWE grocery store. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, and the room was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything needed. The beds were comfortable too. This is a very reasonably priced room in Munich’s suburbs, right on the U6 line, just a quick 30-minute ride from Oktoberfest. It’s not a 500€-a-night room in downtown Munich, of course. I’d stay here for Oktoberfest or any other reason I was visiting Munich.

The main small drawback was the early morning noise from the business across the street. Otherwise, it’s a very nice little hotel, and we’d stay here again when we return to Garching. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the German-style breakfast was enjoyable, the best we had in Garching. It’s an easy walk to the U-Bahn for trips into Munich.
