[Migrating review from old account. Visited 2019] I’m here for work, so clean rooms, a decent shower and a comfy bed are what I need, and this place has all three. The beds are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is a little basic, but that’s how basic hotels are meant to be. I do love bacon more than most people, so some with the Continental breakfast would be a treat. I’ve worked the last two afternoons and evenings in the seating area outside. There are lounge chairs around a mini water feature, plus sturdy, comfortable chairs and decent little metal tables. Lots of people smoke here, as is common in continental Europe, so it makes sense that the area is for smoking, though the smoke isn’t very pleasant.

There wasn’t ventilation in the rooms, which I missed. Check-in was very inefficient: only one person was checking guests in while another stood beside her. Quite a few people arrived together, but it still took us 40 minutes. I know some people waited 55 minutes.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The room was just the right size for a good night’s sleep, and breakfast was basic but enough. Parking is limited. I got a ticket for crossing the street where it’s prohibited, but that was my fault for not paying attention to the sign. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Münich.

Right next to the metro station. The rooms have the classic Motel One style, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was good.
