We were able to check in early after arriving ahead of time, which made things more comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and breakfast was included and really delicious. Atpost Hostel is right at Marienplatz in the heart of the city, about a 10-minute walk from Garmisch Hauptbahnhof. It's a super-luxurious 4-star hotel, with amazing staff who were friendly, polite, helpful, and gave excellent service. I highly recommend it. You'll definitely feel at home here.

The sauna was a lovely extra after a full day of sightseeing, and the whole hotel had a warm, relaxing feel. My room was cozy, spotless, and peaceful. The staff were kind and welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or local tips. Atlas Post Hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable, right in the heart of Garmisch. It's close to the station, shops, restaurants, and bus connections to Eibsee and the mountains. I had a truly lovely stay, would happily return, and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

We were there for one night while driving through, and it worked well as a base for heading out to explore. The central spot was great, and we found parking just across the street. The room was quite small and really warm, so I wouldn’t pick it for a relaxing hotel stay.

Our room was clean and the shower was nice. This is a lovely hotel with more than 500 years of history. I was up on the top floor, where the ceiling was very low, but my son had plenty of space on the second floor. Just keep in mind that rooms and beds are smaller than what you might expect from a US hotel.

The staff were friendly every time we dealt with someone, and the views from this unbeatable location are amazing. Our room was nicer than I expected. Some rooms have a rustic Alpine feel, while others look fresh and modern.
