Hotel Rheinischer Hof

My single room booking turned into a more comfortable double room, and the price included a fine breakfast. I arrived late at night, and Ljubica was kind despite the hour and having had little sleep, perhaps because I arrived so late. I’d been asked to park farther down the street, but Ljubica personally offered me the hotel’s own garage, which I really appreciated. This small hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The staff go the extra mile, and the price is another plus. I warmly recommend it to travellers.

The hotel is just a minute from the bus and train station, and the town centre is a five-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks in part to the friendly, helpful staff. There’s also an excellent restaurant and steakhouse in the hotel, with a wide selection of tasty international dishes prepared to a high standard. Booking by phone was easy from the start. It’s a nice little hotel, with tidy, cosy rooms and clean bathrooms of a high standard, all at moderate prices. I’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was better than I expected for the price, with fresh food and a decent variety. The scrambled eggs were delicious. The restaurant also looks nice and the service was great. My room was simple but pleasant, and I got more than I expected for what I paid. The bed and shower were good, and the room felt spacious. The only downside was having to shut the window because of the bus stop outside. The curtains still let in enough morning light to wake me naturally. I’d stay here again if I needed a room, even with a half-hour drive.

After a long journey, I was exhausted, but the staff welcomed me so warmly and kindly that I felt right at home. I recommend this place with confidence!
