Holzerhof-Ferienwohnungen

My wife found Holzerhof in 2020, and thank goodness she did. We’ve stayed there ten times already and plan to keep spending our retirement there. The whole package is fantastic, and we always feel comfortable. The Holzer family, from Annalena and Patrick to Luisa and Elias, are all very kind. I even get my special pillow for sleeping. Both apartments are very well equipped, but Backhisle is our favorite because we can watch the chickens or cattle while we have breakfast. Goats have joined them recently, too.

There’s plenty for families to do in the surrounding area, and we’re always happy to return to Holzerhof. We’ve been coming for three years and feel right at home. The children love it too. It’s a beautiful holiday apartment in a lovely area, with friendly hosts. Cows graze in the pasture just behind it, along with chickens and goats. There’s also a slide, a swing, and room to play football.

Accessibility mattered to us, and everything worked out perfectly. The place is modern and stylishly furnished, and it’s a beautiful, quiet holiday home on the edge of lovely Gengenbach. This was our first visit to Holzerhof, but certainly not the last. We’ll be back next year.

In Reichenbach, part of Gengenbach, the Brennhisl is a bright, beautiful, modern apartment for two. It’s sleek and efficiently furnished, with a large balcony, fly screens on the windows, and a state-of-the-art bathroom. There’s a bicycle rental shop across the street if you’d rather not use the car, and the location makes it easy to get to destinations throughout the central Black Forest.
