The surrounding area has plenty to offer, from hiking trails to museums in nearby towns, with lots of charming information about local history and well-marked routes. We had a ten-day half-board stay here a few days ago, and the location is hard to beat with its handy transport connections. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was unbeatable, and dinner was even better. Each evening, the landlady put in a lot of effort to make a new four-course meal to suit guests' wishes, and it was incredibly tasty. A quick tip from us: go left from the entrance toward the edge of town, about 1.5 km away, and you’ll find a butcher with a fantastic range of sausages and meat products. The fresh canned goods were especially good value, and the landlady is happy to help you find the place.
