Nice room, decent breakfast. A good stay.

I stayed for a week. The room was clean, and room service was really good. Breakfast was good too. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the service was really, really good. The location right on the main road was disturbing, though. Whenever a large vehicle went by, the building started vibrating, and it was hard to sleep.

The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. But the room was hot during the heat wave, with no aircon or fans provided. They gave very little ice, and it would have been nice to have ice water in the lobby for guests. The street was so noisy that we had to keep the windows open at night for cooler air, which made the stay uncomfortable. The traffic noise is a real problem, and the hotel needs soundproofing.

My room was large and had windows on two sides, including one in the bathroom. Everything was quite clean. Breakfast was okay, though the choice was limited, and there wasn’t any lactose-free milk.

The rooms were cozy and beautiful, and the included breakfast was delicious. The place is central to the viewing points Gießen offers, with most reachable in just a few minutes. I had an issue with my card, emailed them, and got a call back within 10 minutes. They sorted it out, an incredible level of service. I’d recommend this place to everyone.
