Hotel Kranichblick

There was lots of fruit from their own garden, and the rooms were clean. They kept checking that we were doing all right. We were warmly welcomed, and breakfast was tasty and generous, a lovely way to start the day. The road noise didn't bother us. Our little one and I slept wonderfully. She can only sleep next to me anyway, and putting a blanket between us worked great. Thanks for a short but lovely stay.

It's a small village with only a few houses, but the location is fantastic, quiet, and makes it easy to get to other towns and villages. The guesthouse is charming, and the hospitality is genuinely lovely. Breakfast was carefully prepared every day, and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived.

We'd love to return to the "Kranichblick" in Kluis. We've been coming to this beautiful island regularly since 2005, and the hosts always make us feel at home. They do their best to accommodate our requests. The guesthouse is clean, the breakfast is plentiful, and meals are delicious and freshly made if you order ahead. It's quite centrally located, so there's plenty to see and reach nearby. We're sure we'll be back!

I just saw that my photos had been taken down, which is a shame. People should be able to see what the place actually looks like instead of booking based on photos that are 10 years old.
