The salads were good, though anyone hoping for a lot of vegetables may find this isn't the place. I enjoyed spotting tiger prawns listed under vegetarian dishes. It’s a small restaurant, which seems to help the food and atmosphere, but it calls for patience. When we visited, it was fully booked and our main course took an hour. I’d suggest ordering a starter. The waitresses also took a while to find time to bring the bill. The food itself was excellent, the view was lovely, and the service was friendly. I’d recommend it.

After a long hike nearby, we came across the hotel restaurant and found it wasn’t open yet. A lovely woman offered to open it for us, even though we later learned they weren’t due to open for another two hours. We felt so welcome and grateful. We had cake and coffee with a stunning view. It’s hard to imagine finding better service or a more picturesque setting. ❤️

The view is great, and the food was great too. There was only one cook, so even though the restaurant was at about half capacity, we waited around an hour.
