Ferienhaus Reethaus Amy

We've stayed in holiday homes in Glowe many times and have always been completely satisfied, but we'd avoid Amy's house and other properties from this agency now. We're still waiting for our security deposit back. The holiday mood was already dented when the base price inexplicably went up after booking, and our repeated emails asking about a bed linen package got no reply. At the house, ants were crawling across the kitchen counter, with ant bait set out all over. Since we had two small children, we would have appreciated being told about the bait. We also found out during our first look around that the bathtub didn't work. With two small children that was inconvenient, and we would have liked to know beforehand. We were only told it was broken after we asked. Water ran from a garden hose for two days without explanation, and it was turned off only after we asked about it. The grill was so dirty we didn't dare use it, despite the information folder saying it was clean and should be left that way. The downstairs toilet flush was faulty too, and sometimes didn't work.
