Alert, beware of the fake reviews for this place. The accommodation and owner are an absolute rip-off. It seems the place sits empty, and I believe the owner tries to make money by offering free cancellation without giving full information, then hoping to charge 95% of the booking fee. And yes, the owner will make sure to treat you terribly, whether over the phone or in person. I personally believe the service would be different if your skin color matched his :). Save your money from the Lutz scam. I hope you read all the comments that aren’t paid for by the owner himself. Save your money.

We got a very friendly welcome, and the apartment was a good size with a well-equipped kitchen. It was really clean, apart from the carpet, which could definitely do with being replaced. The room was a little warm. The location is fairly quiet, though you can hear some noise from the house.

A nice spot for getting the family together. The furnishings are a little dated but quite acceptable. The shower drains need cleaning regularly because the water runs away slowly. For the price, it’s just about okay.

We stayed four days and, with the excellent amenities, it felt like home. There’s parking, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The room and facilities had everything we wanted, and Mr. Oswald was a very, very nice and friendly landlord. The price matched what we got, and I’d gladly come back. I can only recommend it.
