It felt homey and lovely from the moment we arrived. The owner gave us a warm welcome and check-in was easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with a nice view from the window.

Haus Florian is just 200-300 metres from central Grainau, where there are several restaurants. The owner was friendly and very helpful, and we plan to visit again in summer. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent views. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of cold food and, especially, good coffee. Though the house had lots of guests, it felt quiet. The road nearby wasn't too busy and didn't disturb us.

Our host Carmen was so warm and friendly, and we slept well in the comfortable beds. Breakfast was a delicious continental spread. The location also made it easy to walk into town for dinner. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommend it.

We booked three rooms and found every one immaculate. They were spacious too, with beautiful views out the windows. The full European breakfast was delicious, and we were able to leave our luggage before check-in. I can't say enough about how lovely this place is.
