The customer service was good, and breakfast was excellent. There's a small fridge in every room with free drinks, including water, coke, beer 🍺, and juice drink.

The rooms were clean but small, and they got hot with no cooling. There was also an unmentioned 5-euro city tax per night when booking. It's a small village, so that charge is stupid. For the location and what you get, the price is too high. I won't visit again.

It's a quiet, calm neighbourhood, and this is a three star hotel doing its best. That's about all I have to say.

A very nice, clean hotel.

The staff were sympathetic, and breakfast had the basics. Cleaning was sloppy, though, with bugs in the bedroom, even on top of the bed.
