Three stars from me. There were a few small inconveniences, and the apartments could be improved quite a bit with only a modest investment.

The apartments are clean and have what you need. The area is quiet too.

It’s a clean, decent apartment and fine if you mainly need somewhere to sleep. The furnishings feel a little dated. There are several apartments in the complex, and most seem to be occupied by foreign workers, mainly mechanics.
