Hotel Friedensbrücke

Service was first-rate.

I've stayed at the “Friedensbrücke” before, and I expect I will again. It's the best place in town, in my view, even though Greiz has other hotels and hostels. Everything is extremely clean and modernly equipped, and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is perfect, so don't miss it. The bar is open daily from 9 am to 11 pm, and the restaurant serves until 10 pm. During the day, you can get cake at the café or traditional arabian snacks at “Imbiss of Arabia”… The historic dancehall has two stages and can host weddings or funerals with more than 200 guests. If you need an elevator or air conditioning in your room, Mercure Gera City may be worth trying.

The room was comfortable, and the place was clean and tidy throughout. It's 300m from the Vogtlandhalle and 500m from the town center.

It's a quiet spot right by Greiz's beautiful old town, with parking directly in front of the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly, and breakfast came with super fresh rolls. You can also head up the mountain to the wildlife enclosure on a 5.5 km hike. Many thanks.
