The room was really comfortable and quiet, and we had a lovely view of the nearby mountain. The bathroom was especially nice, and getting in with the code was easy. We arrived late, so we didn't meet any staff, and left early without trying breakfast. We only stayed one night. We parked on the street outside and felt fine leaving the car there; public parking is available nearby too. A very stylish hotel and a pleasant stay.

Good value for the price. The hotel is clean and modern, and the rooms look like they've been renovated recently. Service was personal and excellent, and breakfast was okay. My room was a bit cold, though, and the Wi-Fi not working was annoying.

The room was much too warm, even with the windows open. It was 29 degrees when we arrived, and although the air conditioning worked, I couldn't run it at night because I'm allergic to dust. We asked twice to have the heating turned down, but they couldn't adjust it. Aside from that, it was a nice stay.

The breakfast was poor, and the staff don't speak English.

The reception wasn't staffed all the time, but the owner was always reachable by phone. We were very satisfied with our stay and want to thank Hotel Villetta. The place is well maintained, the rooms are spotless, and there's coffee to help yourself to on the first floor whenever you want.
