Feels like a second home.

So chill!!!

We paid for breakfast for three, but none was served. Management promised more than once to make it up to us, and nothing has happened. We still haven't received the receipt that was meant to come by email after payment, either. The receptionist spoke no German, English, or French, so we couldn't communicate. Our neighbors also had water damage that night when their toilet overflowed into the bedroom. We feel completely ripped off. This behavior is unacceptable. My conclusion: tear the place down and replace the management.

The rolls at breakfast were reheated, and coffee came with powdered milk because there was no regular milk. Breakfast was served in what used to be the dining room. Our small room had a musty smell, like it hadn't been used in ages, and a wall drain was taped shut. A washing machine ran somewhere in the building all night on eco mode, so sleep was impossible. We only stayed one night, which was plenty. The place feels as if it has been closed for quite some time. Not recommended.
