It feels like somewhere to visit once when you're in the area. The building is rustic, with very old, strong timber, and the atmosphere is kind of old school. I enjoyed my Ofenkartoffeln mit Lachs, though the potato sauce was very cold. In winter, I would have preferred something warm. My friend had Ofenkartoffeln mit Salat and said he really enjoyed it. The drinks seemed very small for the price.

The location is nice overall, with comfortable suites and an old-fashioned bar downstairs. The drinks were a bit small, but fine. There's also a larger room at the back for events such as weddings and other gatherings.
