The breakfast is decent, and the double rooms are acceptable. For a hurried overnight stop while passing through, the place is fine, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay or if I expected decent treatment. The management is truly terrible, and the customer service is extremely poor. The staff are often unavailable, and the front desk needs to be more competent and more focused on customer care. They also struggle to understand English properly, which makes things more frustrating. It's especially disappointing because Germany usually offers a great environment and a real chance to excel at customer service, yet this hotel falls completely short. Wyndham normally has some of the best hotels around the globe, so I can't believe it lets people like this run its hotels. In Latin America, even in the worst locations, staff are more professional and welcoming. Believe me, even at a US Super 8, basically a motel, I feel much better taken care of.

Getting around is easy, and there's good parking. The rooms are tidy and modern, but for this price the quality doesn't quite add up. The shower curtain 😭 and the oddly placed shower control are below what I'd expect. I accidentally touched the control while showering and got extremely hot water. The TV is minuscule, maybe 20 inches.

It's in a handy spot and easy to reach on the route back to Stuttgart, just outside of Nurtingen. The staff are very helpful and breakfast is always great. I haven't tried the bar or restaurant, since we always eat at a local restaurant just up the road. Economy rooms are a little small, so I'd upgrade if you can.

We found the room very warm when we arrived because the heating was on full. The staff were nice, though, and breakfast was very, very good. The hotel is perfectly fine for a stay of a couple of days.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and modern. It's a simple hotel. Breakfast was okay, and I was glad to find several small pillows rather than just one big one.
