I’d booked for a full week, but on arrival day I couldn’t get hold of anyone at the hotel. I ended up having to find somewhere else to stay in Hagen at the last minute. Really frustrating.

For the price, the room was really nice. You can walk to everything you need, and I’d happily stay here again.

People book this place often for parties, training courses, and business trips. The restaurant itself is nice and the food is good.
